For this reason, Shaoxing was historically known as <strong><em>Kuaiji.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.156), 16px);\">According to \u201c<em>Jiu Gao<\/em>,\u201d an ancient Chinese historical text from the Jin Dynasty that records early winemaking traditions, yellow wine has been brewed at the foot of Kuaijishan for more than 2,000 years.
