Over the following few centuries, the company remained dedicated to the craft of brewing, preserving traditional fermentation starters across generations and ensuring continuous production year after year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.156), 16px);\">As a leading enterprise in China\u2019s yellow wine industry, a National Productive Protection Base for the Intangible Cultural Heritage <em>\u201cShaoxing Yellow Wine Brewing Techniques,\u201d<\/em> and one of the drafting units for the national standards \u201c<em>Yellow Wine and Shaoxing Wine<\/em>,\u201d Kuaijishan has upheld the millennia-old brewing craftsmanship of Shaoxing.
